We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. if for some reason you are not happy with the item you bought simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
You are welcome to use our designs in finished products that you sell like cards, scrapbooks, tags, etc.
Selling stand alone cut out shapes is not permissible.
 
 Shipping Terms – Please note we ship worldwide with NZ Standard Post only and have no control on how long your parcel takes to arrive or if your parcel goes missing.
 Free Shipping on orders above $10. Orders below $10 have a flat rate of $1.

Shipping Time – Most orders received will ship the next day, provided the product ordered is in stock and payment has been made.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Typographical Errors


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers,
